:: Otroligt god kycklingsallad ::

Ni vet den eviga frågan..
Vad ska vi äta ikväll?
Jag har en otroligt bra lösning på det, en kokbok
på min iPhone skapat av arla köket!
Helt underbart! Enkla goda recept och man har
alltid med sig kokboken direkt i butiken.

Detta funkar ju dock bara om man har en
iPhone eller en iPod touch, men för övriga
finns även alla dessa recept på arlas hemsida.
Väl värt ett besök!

Vi lagade i alla fall en krämig ost och kyckling
sallad igår, och den blev så otroligt god att
jag bara måste rekommendera den till er!

Krämig ost och kyckling sallad
Vår variant på ett recept från arla.se

Ingredienser
4 port
1 grillad kyckling
2 dl riven mager ost
2 dl minifraiche
1/2-1 msk senap
2 msk hackad gräslök
2 krm salt
1 salladshuvud
3 äpplen
5 skivor rostbröd
Purjolök efter smak

Gör så här
Bena ur kycklingen och ta bort skinnet.
Skär köttet i bitar. Blanda ost,
minifraiche, senap, gräslök och salt.
Dela salladen i bitar. Skala och kärna
ur äpplet. Varva kyckling, sallad,
äpple och oströra på ett stort fat.
Skär brödet i tärningar, lägg dem
på en plåt och rosta i ugnen.
Serveras varma på ett fat bredvid
salladen så att de inte blir
hinner mjukna.
