New from Cosmo Cricket

If you've followed my blog for a while, you know I'm a huge
fan of Cosmo Cricket and their fun and colorful designs.
Now they've released previews of their latest lines on their
blog and as usual there are a few things I'm craving.

Although I think used to be a bit more fun in the past..
I miss the really fun designs they used to make, for example
the "Mr Campy", "The Boyfriend", "Material Girl" and
"Jolly by Golly" lines.

Did you know you can actually get these as digital kits
over at Jessica Sprague? If you're not in to digital scrap
you can print them out and make your very own hybrid
projects, smart huh :)

I had a very exciting end to my 2011.
This little guy was born on December 23rd, I left the
hospital the same day and we got to spend Christmas
together with our family ♥

We're all doing very well and I'm so happy to have two little
boys to love more than anything in this world ♥

My little new years baby is still hanging in there,
and hopefully will for another week atleast.
I really want to spend Christmas at home with my 3 year old.
But at the same time I can't wait to meet our new
family member. 2012 is sure going to be an exciting year!

Sorry that I haven't been able to update with the freebies
I had in mind. I'm suffering from Carpal tunnel syndrome
due to the pregnancy and my hands are numb and really
hurt most of the time. Even typing this is really hard.

Anyways I can't wait to get started on some more
goodies for you all as soon as I'm back to normal again,
I have a lot of new material to work with and lots of
inspiration at the moment..

Christmas Jars - Easy & Fun DIY Project

Good Evening!
Today it's December 7th and time is just ticking away, only 17
days til Christmas! Have you bought all your Christmas gifts
yet? Or maybe you are planing on making some yourself this
year? In that case here's a fun and easy way to make your
own Christmas jars to fill with homemade cookies, candy,
maybe even some socks, jewelry, bath salt, or whatever
else you can think of.

You can even put the jar in a cellofan bag and tie a
beautiful ribbon and maybe add a Christmas tag and
you've got yourself a really lovely and cheap gift to
give to your loved ones, kindergarten teachers,
neighbors etc etc.

An empty glass jar
Scrapbook paper
Glue gun
Stickers and deocrations
Ribbon

It's so easy and so fun!

You can decorate your jars in a million different ways!

Those of you who love freebies raise your hand!
That's what I thought. I'm one of you! I love how easy
you can make your own tags and not use those mass produced
ones that can be found at the dollar store etc.

Also it's super easy to change the tags up a bit before you
print them. I will show you how some examples in an upcoming
post. But first you need to go treasure hunting for all the lovely
tags that are hidden out there on the world wide web!

Don't worry the awesome blog Mel Stampz has already done
the job for you! She's put together a list of 100+ free tags
and links to where they can be downloaded.
How great is that?

Freebie - Printable vintage style Christmas tags

Good Day!
Today is December 1th and I thought I would treat
you all to a new Christmas freebie. I told you before
I'm working on a whole new set of freebies but for now
you get a sample to use on your gifts, Christmas cards,
Christmas projects, place cards etc etc.

Print on cardstock paper, cut out and glue 2 together,
or simple use on a write on the backside.

You can use some scissors or ink around the edges to give
them an aged look. Punch a whole and tread a ribbon
or string trough and you have yourself some pretty
cool vintage style Christmas tags!

Have a wonderful December 1th, and please if you
decide to use these help me spread the word on
your blog, twitter, facebook, forums etc etc.

I always have a different color theme for my tree every year, and
that means I have a lot of different christmas ornaments.

One way to display your left over ornaments is to put them in a

We're getting closer and closer everyday!
Imagine there is just over a month until my due date!
So exciting! I bought almost everything I need for the baby
already, I've unpacked all of my sons "old" baby clothes,
and man are they tiny! It's hard remember him ever being
that tiny!

So I'm expecting a new years eve baby but I'm kinda
hoping my little one will hold on for a day or two,
so he/she won't have to be the last one of all its
friends to celebrate a birthday, take a drivers license,
etc etc..

Big Christmas tag using paper doilies

If you're anything like me you think the wrapping of your
Christmas gift is just as in important as the gift itself.

I'm always trying to come up with new fun ways to
wrap gifts, and I decided to make a fanflower
using paper doilies glued together with a glue gun

Winter apples for the birds DIY

We're almost at the middle of November and it's starting to get colder
outside. This also means a lot of birds that may need a bit of help
finding food. An easy way is to combine some bakers twine,
apples and cinnamon sticks to make a fun little bird feeder.

Thread the bakers twine trough the apples and attach a cinnamon stick on top and one on the bottom. Voila!

Hello!
3 weeks to go until we finally move to our very first house!
In the mean time I try to finish as many Christmas projects
as possible, because I doubt I'll have time for them later.

Here as some matchstick boxes I've altered using a digital
wrapping paper by Mae free to download and print!
I used a white a4 cardstock.

On these tags I used some very Kawaii cameras by
Kitschy Digitals

These make the perfect little touch to add to gifts,
flowers and anything else you can think of.
You can also punch a hole in the top left corner

Hi all!
As the topic says it may seems like I've been a super
bad blogger lately, but it's only half true.

The truth is I keep a secret Swedish blog as well.
Just kidding it's not really that secret but I know that
many of you don't know about it.

This is where I share my paper scrap projects and

I made these cards using beautiful vintage images.
You can use them to create cards, tags, altered projects
etc etc. Let your imagination run wild!

Getting ready for the holidays

Today I started decorating my home for the holidays,
I even dressed the tree but only to realize I don't
want it to be white and silver this year!

This was after hours of work..
Oh well, I better get some shopping done this
weekend because what I'm dreaming of is a
gold tree, really stunning and very American.
You guys really do have the most beautiful
Christmas trees! What's the secret? :)

I also wanted to share this little video I made
to show you holiday preparations from the last
two years. This is what Christmas in Sweden looks
like, at least for me and my family :)

Hi all!
I'm slowly recovering from my flue.
Been sick for almost 3 weeks and I can't wait to get back
to my normal life again.

Meanwhile I want to share something a bit different with
you all. These tickets were inspired by old vintage photos,
Christmas cards and all around Christmas spirit.

They are ready to be printed (in a high photo quality for the
best result) cut and used on your paper scrap layouts,
Christmas cards, gifts and altered projects.

All I ask in return is that you link back to this blog
if you post your finished projects online.
This way more people can find their way here and
download the tickets :)

Oh and when you're done downloading you must take

Ja det är visst vad miss cutiepie gått och blivit :P Jo du gissade
rätt, jag är fortfarande sjuk. Varit hos farbror doktorn idag och
gjort en ordentlig undersökning, usch usch!
Är satt på röstvila och sjukskriven resten av veckan. Min influensa
har visst förvandlats till en stämbandsinflamation. Hur som helst

I've been sick for about a week and that's the reason
why I haven't been able to check in :)
Today I want to share this 3 layer cardboard
flower. It's a .png ready to be used on your
digital layouts. You can of course print it out
as well and use as a decoration on your paper scrap
projects. I recommend adding a bit of extra
gold stickles on the edges for some extra
texture, and maybe even some staples overlapping
the digital ones.

Since I got back from London I've been super
busy trying to arrange everything from our

wedding photos. I love how she made all the

gives the book an original and interesting look.

My Life and Scrap are going on vacation

Shortly after I had announced my BIG sale
the MLAS site went down, because of all the
costumers rushing in to buy my kits.. lol just
kidding, but one can hope right ;)

to another server that can handle the increasing
